I know how busy I am and I know how busy you must be too! I thought it’d be nice if I’d compile all of the awesomest Blessing Manifesting stuff each month so that you can have a quick and easy look through. Aren’t I a considerate gal?

February kinda sucked for me and my Muse was AWOL for most of the month but some wonderful things did pop out of me. Grab a cup of tea or coffee, sit back and enjoy!

Here’s my favorite affirmation from Facebook/Twitter. Be sure to follow me, I try to post them everyday!

Daily Affirmation: I refuse to be at war with myself and my body. I practice love and acceptance for who I am. {Click to Tweet}

In the Soul Sisterhood we’ve been chatting a lot lately about self love and our individual journeys as well as having a little meditation challenge. Confession: I didn’t make it to the end! /sadface We did make it to 200 members though! That’s a great achievement! Join us, it’s wonderful, truly it is.
There was no newsletter for February and I worked on exactly 0 projects, but rest is good and healing and sometimes you’ve gotta take time for you. That’s an important lesson for all of us to let sink into us.
My favorite image from last month. It reminds me of all of us that suffer from depression or have dealt with heavy stuff. It reminds me of the Soul Sisterhood and the brave sharing of suffering.

We don’t need to stay quiet to be brave.

Here are the best blog posts from February!

I love spiritual exploration. Getting in touch with that side of myself and of life just seems to blow the dust and grime from the parts of my inner self that I couldn’t reach. I love religion. I love spirituality. All kinds. I respect each path and everyone’s right to follow it. Each path has something beautiful in it. Each one gives me comfort in some way. Do you enjoy other religions?

Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock, you’ve probably heard about the newest animated Disney movie “Frozen” and its Oscar winning song “Let It Go” This song sinks inside of my skin on the most wonderful way, reminding me that I don’t have to hold on if I don’t want to. It’s a choice, it’s always a choice. It’s time to let go of our stuff and embrace who we are. Does “Let it Go” resonate with you?

It’s beautiful to be vulnerable.

Vulnerability: The state of being exposed or susceptible to being wounded or hurt. That’s a scary word isn’t it? Exposed. Wounded. Hurt. Those aren’t thing that we want to court, those aren’t things that we want to happen to us. That’s why being beautiful is so damn brave.
Being vulnerable with your love, with your story, with your art, with the things that you put your heart into. That is brave and beautiful and so needed in this world, despite the fear. Do you allow yourself to be vulnerable?

Greetings from the Land of Meh.
What my depression looks and feels like. Everyone experiences depression differently. It’s difficult for me to think of a time when I wasn’t depressed. We’ve learned to coexist. We barely interact anymore. I can go days, weeks, even months sometimes without seeing it. In the far long ago past Depression made me cry a lot, or made me suicidal, or made me very angry, or made me act out in ways I didn’t understand. Now it’s not so viscous as that, for which I am thankful. What does your depression look like?
