I love creating self-care printables, much like my Self-Care Planner. Most of the time I do workbooks, but every now and then I create single self-care worksheets. These are all in PDF format, which means that you can fill them out and save them on your computer using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can also print them out from a home computer OR you can fill them out on your phone using an app like GoodNote (iOS) or XoDo (Android).

Habit & Mood Tracker

I love reviewing the month when it's just about over. It helps me to see what went wrong and what went right and how I can improve in the months ahead. This worksheet does just that! It asks you to sum up the month, your self-care, and your mental health along with what you were most grateful for.
Gratitude is such a beautiful practice. It always helps me see things from a better perspective, especially when I'm anxious or depressed. It's not always easy to find the good, but it's such a worthwhile practice.
